I had a really great experience learning to drive with Fisum from Betel Driving School LLC. She is very calm, patient, and knowledgeable. As someone who was a little nervous about driving, her teaching style made a big difference for me. She explained things clearly and helped me build confidence step by step.
What I appreciated most was how understanding she was. She really tried to see things from my perspective and took the time to help me improve the areas I struggled with. She never rushed me and always encouraged me to keep trying.
Overall, she made the learning process comfortable and positive, and I learned a lot of important driving skills from her. I would definitely recommend Fisum to anyone looking for a supportive and professional driving instructor.

I highly recommend Fitsum. She was incredibly patient and made me feel at ease from the very first lesson. Her explanations were always clear, and she did a great job of building my confidence. She was patient and remained calm, even when I made mistakes, which helped me stay relaxed and not get frustrated. She tailored lessons to my needs and focused on where I need improvement. She also focused on teaching me how to be a safe and confident driver. I was a very nervous student when I first started the lesson, thanks to her excellent instruction and support, I am now a calm and confident driver. Thank you so much, Fistum.

Years ago, I paid for driving lessons for this driving school and I was assigned an instructor named (Admasu)...and I feel like I threw away my dollars to be Insulted by him and didn’t learn much at all… The instructor( Admasu) spent a lot of time on his phones during my lessons, he vague directions and he failed to provide constructive criticism. The entire time he was impatient, rude, and caused me anxiety during my lessons. on my last day of training, I was driving on a highway ...while i was driving, Admasu made a phone call to someone and he put his phone on a speaker, for the other person to insult me with harsh language for 5 minutes straight..., I just felt so awful and discouraged afterwards... and I was told by others that, this was a normal behavior for this instructor... after that, I scheduled driving lessons with a different school, started from scratch and i got my License in a short period of time. Admasu is very Unprofessional and Unsuitable for the Job. and I hope he's not employed by this driving school now. you deserve an instructor that is calm, professional, understanding and a lot more relaxed about technical stuff. and You won't get it here.

Worst driving teacher, Zack always talking on the phone while the student is driving and he is a rude person. I will never recommend this school to anyone, you better go to another place.

I had a very bad experience with other driving school (Ke** Driving school) in Alexandria , I dropped in between and joined betel driving school.
I am very that I joined this school and learning safe and legitimate way driving.
I truly recommend this school.

I am only going to assume that the driver in the student driver car was not a student, but an employee of the company based on the experience I've just had earlier this afternoon. An adult male , whilst in the Unity Student Driver vehicle (complete with all the advertisement and contact information), jumped a curb to turn onto the lane that was already at a dead stop from a red light and cutting off my vehicle at the very last minute. Of course the natural response is to honk, so this driver then tries to "break check" my vehicle. As we pass the vehicle the driver then proceeds to show the middle-finger. I called the company to express how upset we were only to get a voicemail and its open from 7am-7pm! No response, no professionalism, just recklessness. What employee would behave in such away with all of the company advertisement on the vehicle? How do you expect to trust that this employee/company has the upmost interest in educating new drivers if they can't drive safely? I would never recommend such a company that can't even do the bare minimum.

very bad. the instructor Teddy is very rude, use foul words, very impatience and I did accident. never came on time. he brought his another student and I have to drop them different location. always have to call before 2 hrs and remind him. its a complete loss of money and time. I learn nothing after 3 months.

I had a really great experience learning to drive with Fisum from Betel Driving School LLC. She is very calm, patient, and knowledgeable. As someone who was a little nervous about driving, her teaching style made a big difference for me. She explained things clearly and helped me build confidence step by step.
What I appreciated most was how understanding she was. She really tried to see things from my perspective and took the time to help me improve the areas I struggled with. She never rushed me and always encouraged me to keep trying.
Overall, she made the learning process comfortable and positive, and I learned a lot of important driving skills from her. I would definitely recommend Fisum to anyone looking for a supportive and professional driving instructor.

I highly recommend Fitsum. She was incredibly patient and made me feel at ease from the very first lesson. Her explanations were always clear, and she did a great job of building my confidence. Years ago, I paid for driving lessons for this driving school and I was assigned an instructor named (Admasu)...and I feel like I threw away my dollars to be Insulted by him and didn’t learn much at all… The instructor( Admasu) spent a lot of time on his phones during my lessons, he vague directions and he failed to provide constructive criticism. The entire time he was impatient, rude, and caused me anxiety during my lessons. on my last day of training, I was driving on a highway ...while i was driving, Admasu made a phone call to someone and he put his phone on a speaker, for the other person to insult me with harsh language for 5 minutes straight..., I just felt so awful and discouraged afterwards... and I was told by others that, this was a normal behavior for this instructor... after that, I scheduled driving lessons with a different school, started from scratch and i got my License in a short period of time. I am only going to assume that the driver in the student driver car was not a student, but an employee of the company based on the experience I've just had earlier this afternoon.
