If I could give ZERO stars I would! My daughter called to set up class a month in advance. Was told to call a few days before to confirm class. My daughter took off of work and rearranged her entire schedule to take this class that she needs. When calling 2 days before she was told the class was canceled, because she was the only one to sign up, and told she can come to Hampton. That's impossible because she doesn't have a license (duh) and scheduling conflicts. When I called to speak to her she was very rude, told me that I was ridiculous and hung up on me. My daughter and I arrived at a little before 7:00 to find a dark hallway and locked door. When the owner arrived a few minutes later, she seemed annoyed that we had gotten there early. Online it says the driver improvement course takes 8 hours. I asked if I should come back at 1:00 or so to pick up my daughter. She said it wouldn’t take that long. Well, the reason it didn’t take that long is because she doesn’t actually give them a class. She had my daughter and the other student sit at a table and take a test. Then the two kids graded each other’s tests and discussed with each other what they had gotten wrong. In the meantime, the owner is rifling around looking for something in her bag. She says she has to go find something in her car and runs downstairs. Mind you, had I not been there, she would’ve left my child alone with a stranger. She comes back, unable to find her item (which turns out to be the official stamp she needs to use on the students’ certificates). She then informs me she’ll be running home to look for it. She comes back awhile later and checks on the students who are done with their tests and review session (which they performed while she was out). She summons the other student to her desk, rather rudely, in my opinion and asks what he got wrong and if he got it right the second time. He responded that he had. She then printed his certificate (with some difficulty), used the aforementioned seal and sent him on his way. She did the same with my daughter. I would guess we were there for less than two hours. At NO time was any instruction offered. The certificate stated she had given an 8 hour class which was completely untrue. The woman was rude and unprofessional, but my child’s safety was my concern. I was so glad I had gone with her once I saw the unlit hallway and the fact my child would have been left in a nearly empty dark building with a complete stranger while the owner tried I find her stamp. My daughter posted a negative review on here of her experience. When the owner saw it, she called my 17 year old child and threatened to sue her. She also threatened to sue me if I posted one. I would advise against using this company, but if you do, make sure you take someone with you so you can feel safe and have a witness if the owner threatens to sue you. Quick update: she is still texting me and threatening to sue me. But, it turns out she's just a bully. No word yet from her or her alleged attorney. Please, feel free to post a real review. Read Less
