I found discrepancies in the online course material and pointed it out to the staff and mentioned that I would have passed the first attempt of the final exam had this information not been wrong and misleading. I requested the $20 retake test fee to be waived due to the discrepancies in the material but I was told, "I can't do that because we are here today because you failed your exam otherwise we would be off today." Unprofessional, unpleasant staff members. The office was very messy and disorganized. The testing computer/desk was located in the corner of their office which was a little bigger than a cubicle and felt too close for comfort. The office environment was very noisy with people talking throughout me taking the final exam. With the discrepancies in the material, final exam questions having multiple correct answers, unpleasant staff members, a messy office and the feeling of someone sitting and breathing on your back while taking an exam I would have never Of signed up to take the driving improvement course with this company had I known any of this. This driving school was outstanding. They went over everything thoroughly and the class size made for an excellent class. I would recommend this driving school to anyone! They are very nice here and also informative. It was an interactive class where everyone could participate in a no pressure environment. We had no problem with breaks and they did adhere to DMV schedule. Everyone in my class loved it! Read Less

We were told we would leave the class at 4pm on the phone then were told we would leave at 5pm upon arriving to the class. Class administrators told us to return from breaks on time- but never came back from breaks not time themselves. The administrator was on the phone about their doctor and medications during the first break and told us to be back at 10:10am and the administrator did not return until 10:20 because SHE was on the phone. I felt personally singled out and attacked by Mrs. Branch (administrator) because I was not answering every question. There was only one other girl in the class besides myself. The class takes much longer than it should. DMV requires a certain time in class but this course does not need to last from 8am until 5pm..... the time isn't used efficiently the class is not kept moving. There is an extreme amount of wasted time. We were not instructed to read ahead at the start of the class then would be asked why we didn't go ahead and read the section while the administrator had stepped out. The administrator stepped out of the class frequently. She is extremely rude. Both administrators were handling personal business with their church and car troubles while running the clinic and would leave the classroom every chance they had. So annoying.... I've taken two other driving courses; this was awful. Read Less
