Driving is one of the most important skill set that everyone should obtain. Learning to drive, leads to several highways to future endeavors such as school, employment or hobbies. Phyllis Foster Driving School (PFDS) believes that driving is something everybody will do everyday and we want to make sure all of our students are mastering their driving risk by using time management, visibility and space. PFDS provides the best certified and trained instructors with the latest curriculum, the latest technology and the latest vehicles.

Paid for my daughter to get her class. The instructor got home and was eating while giving my daughter class. Didn’t talk at all to give any indication and at the end of a few classes he couldn’t finish the last day of her class because we asked the company to change the instructor due to him being intimidating for daughter. Someone else came to finish and the lady told my daughter she couldn’t finish because she wasn’t ready to take the test. Which didn’t surprise me due to the fact the first instructor was very unprofessional. The lady wanted me to pay for another class program again. Which I declined. After a week, my daughter went, took the test on my vehicle and passed the test.

This has been an exceptional experience. I initially underestimated the potential for learning, but I was pleasantly surprised. I believe it would be highly beneficial for individuals to revisit this institution biennially, given the evolving nature of regulations and state-specific variations. A thorough understanding of your state's legal framework is crucial. This institution will provide comprehensive instruction on Virginia's driving laws.

Thank you Renee for teaching me absolutely nothing, forcing the class to go to your shitty restaurant, MAKING US PAY AFTER FORCING US TO GO, and then making me show proof of a 5 star review. No thank you, this place is a waste of time.
Also, if you look up the newest reviews, you will see all of the 5 star reviews are posted at the same time. That’s because after the class is over she forces the students to leave a 5 star review and show proof before they leave.

Phyllis Foster Driving School is absolutely the best. My instructor, Stephanie Stacy was wonderful to work with and helped me so much. Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but so was everyone else I communicated with at the school. They were all helpful, kind, and well spoken. Mrs. Stacy and the entire staff worked with my schedule to make learning how to drive as flexible as I needed it to be. I was very pleased with Phyllis Foster Driving School and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

This is one of the few driving schools I can say is actually pretty good. Mrs.Rennee, the instructor, is very knowledgeable in driving rules and regulations. She takes the time to make sure each person comprehends what she is teaching. The only thing I would recommend is more professionalism with the instructors husband TJ. His personality came off slightly rude and disrespectful.

Phyllis Foster Driving School is absolutely the best. My instructor, Stephanie Stacy was wonderful to work with and helped me so much. Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but so was everyone else I communicated with at the school. They were all helpful, kind, and well spoken. This is one of the few driving schools I can say is actually pretty good. Mrs.Rennee, the instructor, is very knowledgeable in driving rules and regulations.
