The worst driving school ever. I wish there was option to give her ZERO. Ms sayeda is the worst instructor and she is alway misogyny. She treats you bad and she being rude to you if you are a woman. She collect the money on the first class but miss must of your classes. My suggestion don’t trust this witch and misogyny woman. She will steal your money and won’t reach you anything. 24/7 she is on her phone talking she doesn’t concentrate on her student. I was not satisfied with my driving class. I appreciate the covid precautions that were taken wearing a mask and gloves. Ms.Syeda was not clear with the class details and payments. I had an impression that I would be taking 4 classes once registered. However,when I went for the class on April 7th she was told me that I had to schedule for each class while initial registration is done. Due to this she was upset and embarrassed me about the payment and was unprofessional with instructions. I was still ok and wanted to attend the next class and she said you have to schedule for the next class that would be next month due to all schedules booked by other students. Read Less

Worst customer service ever. They lady in the front desk I assume her name was Usra she doesn’t have clue on how to behave with customers. That was the world bad experience. For a second I thought why I should stay there. She had really bad attitude I don’t know how to describe the situation but I believe she disrespected and treated us really bad. Thanks God we talk to Miss Sayeda and she could handle the situation. Never go to office of this school if you have to talk to Miss Sayeda first. Oh my god ...... My experience with SYEDA DRIVING SCHOOL was excellent, Syeda was a great instructor I never felt uncomfortable in the lessons and she always made me feel confident even when I made mistakes she was very patient. After her second lesson my daughter did not want to go back. She said the instructor was rude to them and talked on the phone many times when the kids were driving. I called to get a refund since my daughter wouldn't return, but they wouldn't give me one. Instead, they tried to reschedule the rest of the lessons with another instructor. I Didn't even make it past one week before I started to dislike the way that miss syeda would always grab the wheel and always do things for me when I'm supposed to build and learn and she was on her phone most of the time I was driving on a busy road and she has quite a bit of attitude when you do something wrong , I needed positive energy and motivation not someone putting me down , it was only my first day . This is a pretty awesome place! My sister recently went here to take a drivers education class and I can't even explain how happy we are that we chose this school! A friend of mine recommended that I enroll my sister after she had taken this class at St. Stephens St. Agnes and I'm really happy that we listened. I really appreciate how well the instructor at this school teach how to drive. Seeing teens  get in to accidents on a daily basis made me realize how important a driver instructor is. I recommend this driving school for anyone who has a would be driver. After my nephew went through this school, his driving skills were that of one who had been driving for years. The instructor was friendly and gave positive feedback. They took care of him like it was their own child . I highly recommend this!!! Read Less

This driving school was $257 compared to others that range between $220 and $235, so I assumed since this place was a lil more expensive that the quality would be better. I was wrong! First off this "driving school" is Syeda's home. She comes off as rude and its very hard to communicate with her. My daughters first lesson brought her home in tears because Syeda yelled at her for not driving well, yet thats why i sent her to this driving class to learn. she then lost the green card that students get once they completed the in class portion of drivers ed. She kept insisting she gave it back to me when that was not the case. Syeda also told my daughter that she wasnt going to take the time to teach them how to reverse or park that its the parents job for that. So once she decided to test my daughter for her license, she passed but then tells her she cant get her license until we give her a copy of the parent/stufdent form. So in order for that I had to go to Hylton HS and ask them for the copy of the class I had to attend to 2 years ago. So finally after all this trouble we take the form to her house and she had the nerve to tell my daughter that she shouldnt be driving alone because she needs a lot more practice. I'm standing there wondering, if she feels that my daughter needed more practice then why did she pass her and issue her a license? Bottom line now knowing what I do, I do not recommend this place at all. Shes not organized, she losses important documents and blames it on the parent, she's rude and hard to understand, and she didnt teach my daughter anything that I hadnt already taught her. I find it funny how everyone is bashing syeda. No offense, if you knew how to drive maybe she wouldn t have yelled at you. She never yelled at me. I actually never heard her yell at anyone all 7 times. Maybe you should practice how to drive before you get in the car with her and other kids because at the end of the day if you mess up its on her. I liked syeda. She told me all the rules when i was driving. The only thing i did wrong was speed here and there. Thats the only problem i had. lol you guys must be some careless drivers. oh and your supposed to try driving what like 40 something hours on your own before you take the driving class. Obviously you guys dont follow directions...if she yelled at you its cuz you probably almost killed everyone. But i got my license easy. I would recommend syeda. Hi everyone, I loved learning from Syeda. It was really enjoyable. I have a lot of good things to say about her but I don’t know where to start. First of all she teaches defensive driving. I got my license awhile ago and I have never been in an accident or have gotten a ticket. Whenever I was in her car I always had an excellent time. I also have learned a lot from her. She teaches a lot of maneuvers like parallel parking, backing up, or sharp turns. She taught me how I should be polite to other drivers on the street and respect them. I strongly recommend her to everyone. Take advantage and go to her, you won’t regret it. I can guarantee that. Read Less
