Our family had 2 teens complete the online driving course with O’Neill’s. They were very responsive when we had a question; we left a message and they promptly returned our call within an hour. They made scheduling the test and the entire process very easy!

I have never been so frustrated with a company that I've chosen to leave a review a year after services rendered, but here I sit, actually physically sit in the DMV, 11 months and 2 weeks after my daughter finished her driving lessons, trying to get her license because O'Neills never submitted the paperwork to the DMV. Our repeated calls to the school have only produced vague responses and our most recent messages have gone unreturned. My daughter will have waited a full year for her license once it finally arrives and, had we left it to O'Neills, she'd be waiting forever. I only found out recently that my co-worker had the same experience with her own daughter's license and O'Neills. Save your money and a whole lot of time and choose another school.

Still waiting on my son’s drivers license. I called DMV well after 90 days as noted on the form and they informed me they never received his certification. I called Oneil’s prior to the expiration date and was asked to email a copy of his certificate (which they should’ve had a copy on file, but ok)…DMV still had no confirmation of receipt. I sent a follow up email,.called and left voicemails with no response in return. They had no problem taking our money, the least they could do is follow up to make sure paperwork was sent timely and received as well as notifying the driver or parents. This is very unprofessional. I expected better communication and customer service from a business that’s been operating this long.

I was very pleased with the instruction my daughter received under Patti Turnage. She ensured everyone was following safe driving standards; encouraged bonding with fellow student drivers; and desired to celebrate this milestone as they successfully completed the test. The fact that she was able to blend so many different schedules and locations to fit everyone in so smoothly was very impressive as well! She was excellent at keeping everyone posted throughout the sessions. I would definitely recommend Patti/ O' Neill's!

Wonderful driving school. Our experience was totally awesome and they provided a wonderful experience for my child. I would highly recommend this school for everyone.

Worst experience ever. Took a week off without telling me she told me the day of when she was already out of town I had asked her when was she coming around 3 "I'm out of town sorry" Never gave an ideal time when she was coming she texted me like 30 mins before showing up. I felt robbed of my money. I still don't have my license. she gives you 7 classes (if you have your green card) on my 7day I didn't quilfy for my license because she did took about a 10 day break between my classes that I had with her. It's all about money to her don't go to her don't waist your money.

I have never been so frustrated with a company that I've chosen to leave a review a year after services rendered, but here I sit, actually physically sit in the DMV, 11 months and 2 weeks after my daughter finished her driving lessons, trying to get her license because O'Neills never submitted the paperwork to the DMV. Our repeated calls to the school have only produced vague responses and our most recent messages have gone unreturned. Still waiting on my son’s drivers license. I called DMV well after 90 days as noted on the form and they informed me they never received his certification. I was very pleased with the instruction my daughter received under Patti Turnage. She ensured everyone was following safe driving standards; encouraged bonding with fellow student drivers; and desired to celebrate this milestone as they successfully completed the test. The fact that she was able to blend so many different schedules and locations to fit everyone in so smoothly was very impressive as well! She was excellent at keeping everyone posted throughout the sessions. I would definitely recommend Patti/ O' Neill's!
