★★★★★ 5 stars I signed my son up for the Collision Avoidance Course hoping he’d gain confidence and real world driving skills. What I did not expect was to sit there thinking, “Well… I definitely could have used this information about 20 years ago.” Watching him learn in real time was impressive and honestly reassuring as a parent. Jason, the owner, is a riot in the best way possible. He is friendly, engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, and makes the entire experience fun without ever losing the seriousness of what he’s teaching. My son was locked in the whole time, which for a teenager is basically a miracle. Jason explains things in a way that actually sticks. Even from the passenger seat, I picked up so much just by listening and watching. The course is hands on, practical, and focused on real life situations not just rules from a book. There was plenty of learning, plenty of laughs, and zero boredom. If you have a teen driver, this class is a no brainer. Overall we had a great experience with this driving school! The office staff was friendly, and very helpful while negating us through the process. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was Julia. She shot my daughter’s confidence so badly, that she didn’t want to complete the course there anymore. Thankfully the other two instructors, James, and Scotty were fantastic! They gave her confidence back, and gave excellent constructive criticism. She completed the course, and got her confidence back. But we would have not been able to complete the course, had Julia been the only option. My daughter’s peers, going through this same school said they had similar unpleasant experiences with this instructor. Other than that, everything else was outstanding! Read Less

I am currently sending my second teen here. They are great instructors! Organized, fair, encouraging, and build lessons on learning blocks. Highly recommended by my two teens and myself. Great job to the staff at Margo's! Read Less

I tried teaching our daughter to drive, but didn't have the patience.  I was thankful that the school said she had to have a professional teach her.  Margo was awesome.  She had patience and was personable but professional and taught her to be a safe driver.  My daughter got her license and I have no worries when she's on the road.  I would highly recommend Margo's Safety 1 Driving! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I took not one, but THREE driving tests here all with different instructors and it felt like they were only out to get my money, and failing me for the stupidest little things. Enraged, I decided to go to a different driving school on the same exact day as my third test to see what the difference would be. I went to 911 Driving School over in Everett and passed with 90 points!! The instructor said I was doing almost everything correctly and gave me helpful feedback but also encouraged me and told me I did a great job. THIS WAS IN THE SAME DAY. There is definitely something wrong with Margo's! 0/10 I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience - would give 0 stars if I could. Read Less

Worst experience ever! Feels like set up to take our money and run! Did not even make it out of parking space because of how the training car was parked !
