My son took his course online and drove with Scott in Blaine. Nothing but positive feedback for Scott, Sherri and Nelson Driving school! Sherri was so lovely as well when my son went for his road test. Being from out of town, she was able to load test results quickly so we could get over to DMV! Highly recommend for your teenagers driving course and testing! Thank you!!

Hi everyone, I would not recommend this driving school based on my experience. I found the pricing to be expensive, and I felt that the testing process was unfair and may encourage students to repeat and pay additional fees. I encourage others to research reviews carefully and make an informed decision before enrolling.

What made my experience amazing was honestly how patient and kind everyone has been towards me. Learning to drive later in life is a feat itself, staff there made it easier and I felt comfortable when I took the driving test(s) haha. Their tips and advice also never went unnoticed. I’d recommend them!!

What a HORRIBLE company with people who clearly are unhappy with their jobs. From the moment we walked in, we were treated extremely rudely, and the woman who gave my son his driving test was the abs...
What a HORRIBLE company with people who clearly are unhappy with their jobs. From the moment we walked in, we were treated extremely rudely, and the woman who gave my son his driving test was the absolute WORST. She was extremely rude, callous, impatient and made my child extremely uncomfortable and left him in tears after his test. This felt like a total scam and I warn anybody from taking their child or new driver to these people who treat them with such contempt. I will make it my personal mission to let as many people as I can in Bellingham know that absolutely under no circumstances use their services. I honestly cannot say enough bad things about Nelson’s Driving School. BEWARE!!!

Be cautious if you live on King street. They take their noobies to King street to practice their parallel parking. My husbands truck was hit twice and I lost track of how many times my neighbors blue ...
Be cautious if you live on King street. They take their noobies to King street to practice their parallel parking. My husbands truck was hit twice and I lost track of how many times my neighbors blue ford pickup truck got hit ( they used this truck multiple times daily to practice ) . I would walk by and there would be a notice on his truck weekly. If I park on the street I park so that no one can get in behind me......

So I had taken both the written and driving test at Nelson's. I passed both!!!! It was such a great experience. It was such a NO stress environment I was able to relax and drive.

The guy with the mustache giving the drive test is horrible. Horrible attitude, very unfriendly and the front desk lady even said his attitude sucked.. Probably not the place to go If you don't pay them for driving lessons first.. Hope a new drive tester is hired soon and be rid of that guy please!

My son took his course online and drove with Scott in Blaine. Nothing but positive feedback for Scott, Sherri and Nelson Driving school! Sherri was so lovely as well when my son went for his road test. Being from out of town, she was able to load test results quickly so we could get over to DMV!
