I really enjoyed taking my knowledge test here. I took it last week and failed but I came back today and passed it. I love it how they really want you to pass by giving you a piece of paper telling you what sections to study on to pass. I loved the ladies at the front desk they were really nice and helpful. The examiner was really nice and friendly and had a big smile the whole time! The price of $25 is nice! I highly recommend it for people to go here. ☺️👏🏽

I took a warm class for an hour and then took the test which was only for 5 to 6 minutes. And yup they failed me by judging my driving only for 5 minutes.. They were rude and discouraging from the beg...
I took a warm class for an hour and then took the test which was only for 5 to 6 minutes. And yup they failed me by judging my driving only for 5 minutes.. They were rude and discouraging from the beginning. As i started the car the teacher who was supposed to give me lessons as i payed for one hour lesson, started with the statement that i will fail either ways because i have not taken my written test from there school... And then for whole hour she had not let me touch the starring one time as it was her lesson to drive by herself. And then after one hour they sent me with the actual tester who took my test just for 5 minutes..i turned from the parking lot to the road and back to school and the failed me...giving me advise that i should take more classes in there school.. Both the teachers were Rude and unprofessional. They need to calm down..!! While on test or giving lessons. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Front desk is awesome! But I failed both of my two written attempts by 1 question getting 9 wrong EACH time. The place is great as well, as the service. I will come back plus my siblings went here for their tests so it’s a family known place, but I’m kind of skeptical about the passing policy being based off personal value but, that wouldn’t stop me from trying another test here 1 more time, also, I wish they taught you more about the questions you got wrong or atleast let you know instead, they give you sections of the book to read & study which is helpful but I feel like some questions aren’t in the book! If you’re not being taught by parents and or have no one to teach you but yourself with driving overall, I recommend reading the whole older version of the drivers ed book and online tests for practice before you go head and take theirs. And, paying for a test you’re not 100% on passing you would expect some type of teaching atleast afterwards haha! Even with reading the whole book be prepared for trick questions!

Did my test with Laura and she is AMAZING! I expressed to her my struggles with Anxiety and she created an environment that relaxed me and enabled me with confidence to complete the drivers test, as well as trust myself! So grateful for her, it was my second time taking it, and I honestly felt like flaking out and giving up on getting my license. These are the people that not only help first time drivers, but enable people like me to be more confident on their outlook on life. She is a one in a million person, and I would HEAVILY encourage anyone to take their test here:)!

How do you change a 1 star review to a 5 star review? While I still seems there seems to be in consistent information about being able to take two classes in one day and that after taking the classes I still contented 2 hours in a day would have been nothing. The second chance I gave them was well worth it! The lessons were very informative and the instructors were nice. The make sure to actually teach you what you need to know and give constructive feedback on what you need to improve on. It took me two chances for me to pass but the instructor delayed his break so I could retake before 5

My son got to go through this class with two of his buddies and it was a wonderful experience. All three boys came out after every lesson able to explain to me in detail what they learned in each class. All three are very good drivers I would recommend this class to anyone who lives in the Federal Way area

I needed my license ASAP, so I called around to different drive schools so I can take a written and driven. They were completely booked but got me in for a standby. Wasn't happy with some of the service and they called to correct it. Got my license and better service

I took my driving test here, and the people were really nice, much better than I would have expected. The guy giving the test was real laid back, and super helpful. The turtle in the waiting room was fun to watch too, but the sign says his favorite food is "fingers", so I didn't try to pick him up.

Hands Down the best driving school WA. Very professional staff and a great location. I returned from Afghanistan with a expired license and long story short, I-5 went above and beyond to accomodate me...
Hands Down the best driving school WA. Very professional staff and a great location. I returned from Afghanistan with a expired license and long story short, I-5 went above and beyond to accomodate me. I cant remember the lady's name at the Maple Valley branch but she was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Thank You I-5 Maple Valley branch. I would recommend I-5 to anyone, weather it's your 1st time driving or if you've been overseas(like me) for so long that your license just lapsed.

I really enjoyed taking my knowledge test here. I took it last week and failed but I came back today and passed it. I love it how they really want you to pass by giving you a piece of paper telling you what sections to study on to pass. I loved the ladies at the front desk they were really nice and helpful. My son got to go through this class with two of his buddies and it was a wonderful experience. All three boys came out after every lesson able to explain to me in detail what they learned in each class. All three are very good drivers I would recommend this class to anyone who lives in the Federal Way area
