As a student, I had a terrible experience at SWERVE. During class, instructors were constantly trying to embarrass students and make us uncomfortable instead of doing their job by supporting and educating new drivers. When I took my first drive, the instructor decided to share his strong political views. While trying to pay attention to the road as a new driver navigating around the suburbs of Klahanie, hearing my instructor rant about his anti-immigration morals was so distracting that I genuinely thought that it was part of the drive. When taking my final test, the instructor with me was on his phone for half of the drive. Once we got back into the parking lot, he only docked points off my score in the areas when he wasn’t even paying attention. After asking many friends and acquaintances who have taken the same course, I was the only person who passed the test first time. It feels like they’re trying to make you fail and squeeze more money out of the situation. From a former student, there are much better alternatives than SWERVE. Save yourself the time and money.

The staff is friendly and responsive. Gena was very supportive and helpful with lesson scheduling. Definitely recommend this location.

I had a great experience at Swerve Driving school. My instructor Wayne was great. He showed patience and very thorough. I didn't have opportunity to practice outside the school but the lessons at the school were enough to get a license. I also like to thank Marliena at the front office. She was always there to reschedule my classes whenever I needed. I appreciate their care and professionalism. I would like to recommend Swerve driving school and as well as Wayne as the instructor!

Swerve Driving School has been a fantastic experience for me! My journey began with a phone call to check road test for the earliest available dates and book a test. Although I can't recall the name of the person I spoke to, their professionalism, patience, and helpfulness left a lasting impression.
A few days later, I called again to book a driving lesson, and the same excellent experience repeated itself. The staff here truly cares about your success.
My driving lesson at Swerve, located at Klahanie, was outstanding. Despite having a driving license for almost 14 years, I wanted to be fully prepared for the road test, given the differences between the road test points in Israel and Washington. I had the pleasure of being instructed by James. He's not only a great instructor but also a wonderful person—kind, patient, clear, and friendly. His professionalism shone through as he guided me on the specific areas to focus on during the road exam. James gave me the confidence I needed to feel ready for the test and even helped me reschedule it to the same day.
For the road test, I was assigned to Wayne, who was equally fantastic. He provided clear instructions throughout the test and ensured I felt at ease, eliminating any unnecessary stress.
I definitely recommend Swerve Driving School, as well as both James and Wayne as instructors. My spouse plans to book lessons and a road test soon, and without a doubt, we'll be choosing this school.

I would like to share with you how much I enjoyed my 8 driving classes with instructor Steve Melrose and instructor Lincoln Phillip. I took classes with these 2 instructors and they were excellent, extremely knowledgeable and patient. They made my driving classes stress free and I had an awesome experience. Also, the office staff was very friendly, always replied my emails on time. I had no problem for scheduling my drives and road test at all. Thank you so much for training my driving skill, I have passed my road test today!

I went there today for my driving test. When i entered their office i realized i was filled with anxiety. Robert greeted me and made me feel comfortable.
We went out for the test. He was super friendly and gave very clear instructions. Time just flew by and before i would know the test was over. I am glad i went for a test to this school and would highly recommend it.

This school has been a pleasure to work with. Our new driver has learned so much. The instructors were patient and very passionate about the lessons that they were teaching our kids. This is a must for any teen drivers. This gives parents the confidence that they need to sleep at night when their child is behind the wheel.

We had a really great experience. We will definitely send our other teens through their class. We felt like their instructors were really passionate about safety and tried to relay that over to the students. The scheduling is always busy, but that's sort of to be expected.

As a student, I had a terrible experience at SWERVE. During class, instructors were constantly trying to embarrass students and make us uncomfortable instead of doing their job by supporting and educating new drivers. When I took my first drive, the instructor decided to share his strong political views. While trying to pay attention to the road as a new driver navigating around the suburbs of Klahanie, hearing my instructor rant about his anti-immigration morals was so distracting that I genuinely thought that it was part of the drive. I had a great experience at Swerve Driving school. My instructor Wayne was great. He showed patience and very thorough. I didn't have opportunity to practice outside the school but the lessons at the school were enough to get a license. I also like to thank Marliena at the front office. We had a really great experience. We will definitely send our other teens through their class. We felt like their instructors were really passionate about safety and tried to relay that over to the students. The scheduling is always busy, but that's sort of to be expected.
