Horrible customer service. I called to sign my child up and the man wouldn’t give me information. He told me to sign my son up online and “everything is online”, sounded annoyed that I even called! ...
Horrible customer service. I called to sign my child up and the man wouldn’t give me information. He told me to sign my son up online and “everything is online”, sounded annoyed that I even called! So we pay and sign up online, get an email saying to go to the DOL to pick up the physical permit but we’re not told what we need to bring, then learned a birth certificate or passport is needed despite having a WDL # so we will have to come back later and might be able to get a non photo IF the driving school “did what they’re supposed to do”. Waiting at the dol now for more answers. It’s been unnecessarily stressful and difficult to navigate getting everything done in such a short time (must be done ten days prior to class- so I guess my kid should miss school to go back to the DOL?? )

Defensive driving was perfect for what we needed. They were very helpful and my daughter passed drivers Ed and her written exam with high scores. Their attention to detail and explanations were easy to understand and they gave my daughter confidence behind the wheel.

Very good. A little boring. But it is fun and the instructors are very fun and nice. During car rides they are very helpful. Please make sure to be a little more strict with the students so they will be less of a distraction. I learn a lot in class and genuinely understand of it.

The class was boring but covered everything I needed to know for driving. The tests are hard but doable if you study. The classroom is crowded and squished because the space is so small but I would recommend this place for people learning how to drive.

We started our daughter in your Lynnwood location, however, mid-way we moved to Seattle and requested that she transfer her driving instruction from Lynnwood to your Seattle University location. The office was very flexible in accommodating our request. They went out of their way to ensure that she had the best instructors to help our daughter transition from driving in the suburbs to the city streets. They were patient, accommodating and went out of their way to personalize her instruction.
