Great experience! Hugo is by far the best driving teacher. Bilingual, patient, gives you great points and is just such a great teacher. 10/10 would recommend

TAKE YOUR TEST SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
This was literally the worst experience of my life. I was already really nervous for my test and the instructor made it so much worse. He is very rude, doesn't speak loud enough to hear his instructions, and gets mad when you ask for him to repeat it. In addition, his instructions aren't the clearest. He marked me down for just about everything I did, saying everything was a violation, including going around a pedestrian walking her dog on the side of the road in my lane in a residential area when no cars were coming because I went into the middle of the road. I'm not about to run someone and their dog over. even after the test when he told me what I did wrong, he was very cold, and rude. Not once was he friendly to me and it made me really uncomfortable

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Jia (the only driving teacher, who I believe also runs this school) would pick me up from my apartment for each lesson, which was convenient. However, after the first lesson, I already had anxiety from driving because he isn't a very nice instructor. He would criticize every little thing I did wrong and never gave me any positive feedback. During my 5th and final lesson with Jia I even asked him for ANY positive feedback, so I could know what I was doing right (I knew I wasn't THAT bad, as I had taken a few lesson before and had positive feedback from other instructors), but he still didn't give me any except that I was good following the speed limit. He was basically discouraging and anxiety-inducing the entire time and as a result I hardly learned anything during our lessons. Even though he is the most affordable instructor, he is not worth it. Would definitely not recommend ID driving school to any student drivers.

Jia is a great teacher and a good guy! I knew how to drive beforehand but he really helped me fill in some gaps and work on some tricky maneuvers that I didn't even know about. He's also the most affo...
Jia is a great teacher and a good guy! I knew how to drive beforehand but he really helped me fill in some gaps and work on some tricky maneuvers that I didn't even know about. He's also the most affordable driving school in the Northgate / Lake City area by a long shot.
Thank you Jia for your help, I will be sure to recommend you to others!

This was literally the worst experience of my life. I was already really nervous for my test and the instructor made it so much worse. Jia is a great teacher and a good guy! I knew how to drive beforehand but he really helped me fill in some gaps and work on some tricky maneuvers that I didn't even know about. He's also the most affordable driving school in the Northgate / Lake City area by a long shot.
