If I could pick 0 stars I would. I paid my hard earned money for my son to take driver's ed from this school. We ended up brokenhearted, and my son didn't have the knowledge he needed to get his driver's license. The first problem is that the curriculum is outdated and unhelpful. This class is not primarily based on the Washington Driver's Guide. The instruction is muddled with an old text book from the old days when driver's ed was taught in public school, when driver's ed lasted a whole semester - not 5 or 6 weeks. A large part of class is taken up with superfluous information. Next, there is limited office staff, and the office in Port Angeles seems to run all the locations, which leads to some service and communication slow downs. I witnessed several students come out of the Northwest Driving School building visibly upset and in tears after failing their DOL knowledge test and listening to them tell about the wrong and misleading information they were taught during class. After my son "passed" this driver's course, he was ill-equipped for real life and passing the DOL test. I ended up signing him up for a different driving school for a "refresher" and found out that there are several Northwest Driving School's former students that end up at this new school we enrolled in. The new driving instructor didn't have anything nice to say about Northwest Driving School. I've since realized Northwest Driving School has a poor reputation in the driver's ed community. Read Less

Terrible communication. They made appointments then my daughter was lectured for being late. Even when she could show she was on time as scheduled. They were rude over messenger, and extremely argumentative. Had we checked the reviews in advance, we would never have used this school. Everything people have reviewed negatively is true. I would not recommend them for anybody. And if you have a problem and you bring it to their attention they just block you on Facebook Messenger. Garbage school........ Read Less

Worst driving school ever! Poor communication, lack of care to help the child complete the class, only care that they get their money. Will not recommend this school to anyone ever!!! HORRIBLE!!!! And then they don't let your child finish their final drive and block you from contacting them for giving them a bad review! Read Less
