I had a great experience with this driving school for my son. The instructor was patient, professional, and really knew how to work with new drivers who might feel nervous at first. She did an excellent job balancing safety, confidence-building, and real-world driving skills. I appreciated how clearly she communicated progress and areas for improvement. My teen came out of the program feeling much more confident and prepared for both the driving test and everyday situations on the road. I would definitely recommend this school to any parent looking for a supportive and effective driving program for their teen.

Terrible communication and compassionless. My older children went here, no issues. My 2nd to youngest went here, got sick and was unable to complete the course with only 1 drive and tests to complete....
Terrible communication and compassionless. My older children went here, no issues. My 2nd to youngest went here, got sick and was unable to complete the course with only 1 drive and tests to complete. He has since recovered but they refuse to communicate with me about him finishing the course. I've both emailed and left multiple messages for Bryon Cancil only for him to not respond to me. I've put my youngest son in an alternate driving school.

I passed my driving skills test yesterday. I was so anxious when I stepped inside the car but my Examiner, Ms. Vanessa, made me feel at ease with her motivation. I am so grateful for her for trusting...
I passed my driving skills test yesterday. I was so anxious when I stepped inside the car but my Examiner, Ms. Vanessa, made me feel at ease with her motivation. I am so grateful for her for trusting me that I can drive good and safe except for some minor mistakes. She gave me safety tips and precautionary advise. Hats off Ms. Vanessa😊

The instructors are friendly and pretty nice overall. They're helpful, and it's a great testing location. My experiences with customer service have been good. Honestly, as long you're polite and have common sense, it'll be a good experience when talking to the employees there.

We had a great experience at Freedom Driving School. We where originally enrolled in another school, and they went out of business unexpectedly. Joe and Dan at Freedom where especially helpful walking us thru the steps to finish the requirements, I would recommend them to anyone!

Worst Customer Service. Cancelled a drive test for my daughter to get her license at 5:30 the night before. Devastating a teenagers dream. Then I called and Christina was extremely rude on the phone. They don't care how they treat customers. 911 driving school may be more money but way worth it. My son had no issues at 911 driving school and excellent customer service.

I would NOT recommend this driving school. The people running it are not nice or courteous. My daughter's driving log got ruined and when we asked for a new one, they were so argumentative-as an adult, I felt like I was being scolded! They didn't even communicate clearly that the knowledge test can be taken at the school at the end! The instructors were not pleasant! The "discount" isn't worth the customer service received!

Joanna Nicholson is the best teacher you can ever get, hands down. Dan Hanes is weird and creepy, and I didn't feel comfortable driving with him alone. He's rude and strange, and it would be nice to see him go. The driving school itself needs new, better slides. The best thing about the school is Joanna. She can multi-task well, knows how to teach, is polite and professional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable to drive with. She's also a former police officer, which gives you the 9-1-1 type driving school experience.

I had a great experience with this driving school for my son. The instructor was patient, professional, and really knew how to work with new drivers who might feel nervous at first. She did an excellent job balancing safety, confidence-building, and real-world driving skills. I appreciated how clearly she communicated progress and areas for improvement. I passed my driving skills test yesterday. I was so anxious when I stepped inside the car but my Examiner, Ms. Vanessa, made me feel at ease with her motivation. Worst Customer Service. Cancelled a drive test for my daughter to get her license at 5:30 the night before. Devastating a teenagers dream. Then I called and Christina was extremely rude on the phone. They don't care how they treat customers. 911 driving school may be more money but way worth it. My son had no issues at 911 driving school and excellent customer service.

My daughter's driving log got ruined and when we asked for a new one, they were so argumentative-as an adult, I felt like I was being scolded! They didn't even communicate clearly that the knowledge test can be taken at the school at the end! The instructors were not pleasant! The "discount" isn't worth the customer service received!

Joanna Nicholson is the best teacher you can ever get, hands down. Dan Hanes is weird and creepy, and I didn't feel comfortable driving with him alone. He's rude and strange, and it would be nice to see him go. The driving school itself needs new, better slides. The best thing about the school is Joanna. She can multi-task well, knows how to teach, is polite and professional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable to drive with. She's also a former police officer, which gives you the 9-1-1 type driving school experience.
