This is an amazing driving school! We all wore masks an followed the rona protocol and socially distanced. We had such a great learning experience and we all passed our drivers Ed temps test! I’m still thrilled that I passed the road test in the first time! Mr.Gawinski is really punctual and patient, which makes my preparing process easier during school day. Pro: very friendly staff, instructor was knowledgeable, many options for programs Con: Online program was difficult, Missed appointments make it difficult to catch up (however this was my son's fault completely), and the instructor was very; harsh. (I think he is the owner and may need to remember that these are kids and gossip is not cool) Overall: I have been through the program several times. We always finish on time, even with missed appointment. Most of the instructors are good, it is just my opinion that maybe it comes a time to hang it up and let the business speak for itself. The customer service is terrible, the communication with the parents is worse. As a parent, I like to be informed about my kid's schedule. I received none of the correspondence or notifications from the school. We had a possible scheduling conflict. When I said the notifications should also be sent to the parents, Lynn (receptionist) said it was their belief that if the child is responsible enough to drive, she should be able to manage her own schedule. I was also told that there is NO WAY to get a message to the instructor during the day which also speaks to the non-existent communication here. Sadly, with very little competition, Tri-County doesn't have to care what you think.Read Less
