I checked a few different CDL driving schools but I ended up going with KOTRA in Kenosha, WI.,and I'm glad I did. We practiced pre-trip, skills test, and driving on the very first day, and forward. By the time I took the test everything was ingrained in my memory. Martin senior and Junior and and their pre-trip trainer Maria we're all very patient and thorough which made the whole training experience excellent. Today I passed my CDL test, pre-trip, skills, and road test, I got what I paid for and I would highly recommend this school to anyone seeking to get their CDL license.

I highly recommend this school. It’s family-owned, and you can feel that in every part of the organization. All three levels of learning and skill-building are carefully designed. There’s no wasted time—every minute is planned so you’re constantly learning. If you follow your instructors’ guidance, you’ll pass 100%.

Excellent CDL school! The instructors genuinely care about their students and take the time to teach safe and professional driving skills. The training was well organized, and super patience. I passed my CDL Class A road test on my first attempt and couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone pursuing a CDL career.

I recently completed the Class A CDL program at Kotra CDL Driving School, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping students succeed. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided plenty of hands-on training to build confidence behind the wheel.
The program did an excellent job preparing me for all the tests and requirements needed to obtain my CDL. The instructors were always willing to answer questions and offer helpful tips based on their experience. Thanks to their guidance and support, I was able to earn my Class A CDL.
I highly recommend Kotra CDL Driving School to anyone looking to start a career in trucking or obtain their CDL.

I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to start a career in truck driving. The professionalism and dedication of every staff member truly sets them apart. Coming in with absolutely no prior knowledge of trucks, I was amazed at how quickly I progressed. In just one week, I was able to pass my CDL exam with confidence and walk away with all the knowledge and skills needed to safely operate a truck and pursue this profession. If you’re serious about becoming a truck driver, this is the place to go!

This school is the best bang for your buck!!! Once you are done getting your Permit and get out in the yard everything is all hands on! The instructor Martin is very good at what he does and how he teaches!! After 2 weeks in the yard and on the road training I passed my pre trip, skills and road test and have my license already! This school is the best in the state of Wisconsin!!

If you want to earn your CDL and learn about the trucking industry, this is the place to do it at. Martin and Jodi are so helpful in every way possible. Martin works with you every step of the way and really teaches you about the fundamentals of truck driving. He makes sure that you are always relaxed and comfortable when you are driving. No pressure and no hassle. This is the best investment I could have made for myself. Thank you again Martin and Jodi for everything.
