Man these guys are great. I used one of there offers to come out and pick my bike up and do a oil change and wash. While they were quick with the work. The weather was not working with us with late snow. They held the bike without any issues. When I picked up my bike, everyone was helpful and got me in and out quickly. This place has a good set up, a bunch of great people working here, good hours. Motorclothes ladies are great! Super helpful, not pushy, great group of girls. They would get 5 stars. Parts is a hit or miss, depending on who you get, some of them really don't seem like they care to be there, and some are extremely helpful. Service is not good, never answer their phones, don't return phone calls, and if you do get a hold of someone, you feel rushed. Quote I had done was about $100 off cause they "forgot" a few things and the bike was very dirty when I got it back (full of oil, grease, etc). I now take my bike to Brett at PT Custom Cycles in Middleton, won't ever take it back to Harley. Read Less

We came in 1/2 hour before closing and were looking into getting my husband chaps. He had tried them on previously and thought he knew how they fit. Sandi was extremely helpful in finding the ones that he needed, and helped explain where to wear them for the correct fit, and why you needed to wear them there. Reserved a rental bike online for Friday. Received a confirmation number. Called the dealer this morning just to reconfirm. Glad I did. They claim a glitch in the system and they do not have any bikes to rent. No offer to make things right. Just an insincere "I'm sorry". Guess I will not deal with this poor dealership anymore. Went to dealership on Sat June 3rd around 2:30pm  to look at bikes and more then likely start the process to purchase. There were other customers but really was not very busy.  Was in the store approximately 20 min.  One sales employee did say hi but walked passed us in a hurry only to go lean on a counter to bury his face in his cell phone.  Another employee was more interested in walking a weiner dog around the show room. Really felt out of place and uncomfortable.  Almost like we were not supposed to be there.  Maybe there was a secret password or something.  We did go to another dealership in town to look at the Indians and the experience was the exact opposite.   My opinion is that dealership needs extensive customer service training.  While I would like a new Harley Davidson  I will not go back. Excellent customer service. Staff are warm and friendly. They chat with customers, making small talk. They aren't intrusive or pushy, while still bring helpful.Clearance center (wolf's den) attached to the main building. A great place to get some good deals.
