The website hardly ever loads because it’s overwhelmed with students trying to access it. Emailed the headquarters about still didn’t receive a response. Emailed the local “Just Drive” and get short responses with no expansion and very unprofessional replies. Filing with the BBB to get my money back and contacting my state representative and the Governor directly to see that this is changed.

First of all, the behind the wheel schedule is completely unorganized and stressful. i did manage to get an appointment, but the driving instructor never showed up and we waited 20 minutes. at this point we have reached out probably 10 times, called and texted and got no response. the drivers ed and btw were not cheap, and i am very angry with this company. save your money this company needs to figure themselves out

Just Drive did an excellent job teaching my son to drive. The website was tricky to schedule appointments, but Jason was awesome with accommodating our busy schedule. A simple text to him was all it took!! My son learned valuable skills and is a proficient driver due to the experience he gained from Just Drive!

Do NOT use this driving school. Driving times are unavailable within a minute or two of the new calendar being released. They obviously have more students than they can handle in a timely fashion. ...
Do NOT use this driving school. Driving times are unavailable within a minute or two of the new calendar being released. They obviously have more students than they can handle in a timely fashion. The website constantly crashes. They are unorganized and unprofessional and the website is mediocre at best. I strongly encourage anyone learning to drive to use a different driving school than Just Drive or it will take you considerably longer to complete your behind the wheel hours than it would with another company.

the website just isnt working correctly. i’ve been sitting here for a half hour now waiting for it to load and there arent even any spots left for me to get a different one. i am not even 100% sure i got this one but the website just isn’t good. behind the wheel was full at 7:15 no later which means they dont have enough drivers and they have too many students. if anyone has any tips to signing up and actually getting a spot please respond or reach out because this is ridiculous

Just in time has horrible communication and follow-up. Do not respond to e-mail or phone calls cancel drive sessions and do not reschedule. You are held hostage to reschedule and delay the process ...

My son has had a wonderful experience with Just Drive. They have been helpful and accommodating everytime we've needed help. From the classroom to behind the wheel schedules they have always bent over...
