Good communication. I never am made to feel rushed or swindled while using proactive driving school services. Both driving instructors I had were willing to spend extra time with me after my lesson was over to ensure I have the best chances of passing my driving test. I would highly recommend going here to anybody I know.

I agree with the statements that have been made regarding the owner Dan as being extremely rude. He does in fact make everything seem to revolve around him and that getting my driving permit through him was a an obligation. His constant sarcastic comments and rude remarks made me feel very unconfident in my driving ability. I had only three lessons with Dan and I could not go anymore. The days I had to drive with Dan I was anxious and very upset as I knew it would be rough. From other reviews I have seen other individuals are having the same experience. I do not recommend ProActive driving school to anyone.

Our family had a great experience with Proactive Driving School! Classroom sessions were run well and the behind the wheel classes were promptly scheduled! Both classroom & BTW sessions always started...
Our family had a great experience with Proactive Driving School! Classroom sessions were run well and the behind the wheel classes were promptly scheduled! Both classroom & BTW sessions always started and ended on time, which we really appreciated. We loved that they were flexible with where they picked up or dropped off the girls for BTW. Dan always called promptly the next day to give an update on how the girls did in their BTW session. He does an excellent job of keeping parents informed on what is expected and what will be needed when you go to the DMV as well. Both of my girls passed on the first try and with very few point deductions. I feel that had a lot to do with the excellent education they received at Proactive. We highly recommend Proactive Driving School!

Our family had a great experience with Proactive Driving School and our recent student passed their drivers test with few deductions, which we feel was in part due to the super instructors at Proactive. Thanks Proactive for helping instill the values that are important to these young adults and helping us help our children drive better and be responsible drivers!

Owner very unprofessional and spiteful. We had such a bad experience with the service, we chose to switch driving schools after only 2 lessons, even though it meant losing money.

Owner very unprofessional and spiteful. We had such a bad experience with the service, we chose to switch driving schools after only 2 lessons, even though it meant losing money.
Owner, Dan, cancelled my sons driving permit immediately even though he legally he has to allow 10 days for us to switch schools. He knew we had already Switched schools as I left a voicemail saying thats what we had done. After a very helpful lady at the DMV complained on our behalf to Madison, they reversed everything the same day and told him not to do that again. Do not waste your money with this man.

Very dissatisfied with this driving school. Unprofessional behavior by the instructor. Lots of negative and sarcastic comments were made. The instructor created a very stressful learning experience which made learning difficult. Look elsewhere for your driving needs.

Very unprofessional. No one answers the phones no matter what time of day you call, no one is at the office/school if you attempt to reach someone in person...the only way to get a hold of anyone is by email and then they tell you they don't want to do business by email. Trying to make an appointment to enroll is a nightmare. I thought PADS was my only option for a driving school as I just recently moved here, which is why I spent an entire month trying to enroll my son, but after finally getting a hold of someone via email who clearly didn't need or want my business, I did a search and found a WONDERFUL local place called Cruisin Safely Motorcycle & Driving Instruction. They were more than happy to answer my email and when I called they answered the phone. Enrolling was a piece of cake. I wish I would have looked for them sooner instead of wasting so much time on PADS. Grateful that I wont be wasting my money or any more time on such poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Good communication. I never am made to feel rushed or swindled while using proactive driving school services. Both driving instructors I had were willing to spend extra time with me after my lesson was over to ensure I have the best chances of passing my driving test. I would highly recommend going here to anybody I know.

I agree with the statements that have been made regarding the owner Dan as being extremely rude. He does in fact make everything seem to revolve around him and that getting my driving permit through him was a an obligation.
