Terrible customer service. I've had multiple instances where nobody ever showed up and when I called they said they didn't have my information (they've picked me up before) so I left it a 2nd time giving them the benefit of the doubt. I even called the day before my next appt to confirm the date and time so someone would show up and still nobody did. I called and texted all the driving instructors I had prior to see what was going on and they gave me the run around about contact this person and that person. Finally got in contact with the instructor supposed to pick me up and she said she'd give me a call back after calling the office (which i did and was told by a different driving instructor nobody was there) and said driving instructor NEVER called me back. She informed me someone spoke to me and was supposed to reschedule me but the only time anyone ever spoke to me was when I called to confirm my appt date and time and the service desk lady said yes that is correct expect someone at that date and time. I kindly informed her and still was ignored. They just say sorry out of luck maybe next time and have no scheduling times. Read Less

Incredibly expensive and terrible education quality. $300 for a single workbook and some crash videos. And the on the road education was equally awful; In the time I was there I went through three different teachers. The first constantly vaped in the car and was apparently fired for kicking another student out of the car for having a panic attack?? The second seemed fine but one day decided to just… not show up to the scheduled and paid for lesson. I don’t really remember the third. I think he was fine. Oh, and one of the cars they drove us in had broken brake lights, which they’d just taught us was illegal. Bad. Do not go. Read Less
