I have been very impressed with the communication I’ve received with Just Drive. They have been very accommodating so far with my child who is in sports and things changing with her schedule.

I don't even want to give 1 star.... The communication, and complete lack of detail, from Just Drive is appalling. There is absolutely no help provided, only one-line responses. When I tried to register my son and confirm dates, I was assured that dates were available. However, after switching him, there were no dates at all. I was lied to, and as a result, my son now has to delay his BTW classes.
This program is poorly run and, frankly, embarrassing. My middle schooler communicates better than this organization. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them.

It is next to impossible to get a lesson. They fill up immediately. Forget if you have to reschedule, including if they have to cancel. You won't get in for another month. They sure took my money ...
It is next to impossible to get a lesson. They fill up immediately. Forget if you have to reschedule, including if they have to cancel. You won't get in for another month. They sure took my money for behind the wheel lessons, but don't offer enough time slots to fit everybody in for the needed lessons once per month. I do not recommend this company at all! In addition, over the course of 6 months I have left a few messages with questions. I have never received a call back. Not once.

My son is enrolled and his experience has been terrible from not being contacted after not able to sign up for behind the wheel, to finally able to but all that is available are evening times and he works. Then he was to have a behind the wheel on Monday, 12/2) I drop him off at Waukesha South and the instructor NEVER showed up. After calls and texts back and forth he finally received a call at 6:45 (1/2 hour after start time) saying oops . No offer to get scheduled again. Instead he now has to wait another month. Our time is important and this was a waste! Also he wants to drive in some daytime and every time he attempts to sign up all those slots are taken. Overall very bad service, and treatment of customers.

Have not been having good experiences with the Menomonee Falls location. On one lesson, the instructor was late. Now they have an issue with their website and it's a nightmare trying to schedule a beh...
Have not been having good experiences with the Menomonee Falls location. On one lesson, the instructor was late. Now they have an issue with their website and it's a nightmare trying to schedule a behind the wheel lesson. Never return any phone calls or emails. I have been trying for days to contact someone! Ann "manually" booked a time for my daughter when the site was down, but I believe she gave me an incorrect time as 7:30-9:30 doesn't seem to exist! I would like my money back and go to a different school!

I don't even want to give 1 star.... The communication, and complete lack of detail, from Just Drive is appalling. There is absolutely no help provided, only one-line responses. When I tried to register my son and confirm dates, I was assured that dates were available. However, after switching him, there were no dates at all. I was lied to, and as a result, my son now has to delay his BTW classes.
