I would strongly caution others before choosing KC's Driving School. My experience with this business was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The operation feels very outdated — basic processes that should be simple and streamlined are not. They do not seem to have proper systems in place (for example, lack of printed materials or organized documentation), which creates unnecessary confusion for parents and students. Even more concerning is the way customers are treated. Staff members were consistently rude and dismissive, and communication was incredibly inconsistent. We were told one thing regarding scheduling and requirements, only to be told something completely different the next time we spoke with them. This lack of clarity made an already stressful process even worse. What I found especially inappropriate was how staff spoke in front of students. The tone was often condescending and unprofessional, which is unacceptable in an environment meant for teaching young drivers. No parent wants their child spoken to—or around—in that manner. Scheduling was also unnecessarily difficult, with little flexibility and poor communication, adding to the overall negative experience. Overall, this business appears disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking the level of respect and structure that families should expect. I took this class in high school and Kathy was incredibly rude. The other teachers were pleasant though, hence the 2 stars. The last day of class we were waiting to book our first driving lessons and everyone was throwing a ball around the class and goofing around. I started reading a book and she yelled at me. Later I pulled out my phone to check my calendar so I was ready to book my driving appointment and she started screaming at me and threatened to make me retake the whole class, despite me being a scared and polite high schooler and I explained I was just checking my calendar. She seemed to enjoy abusing her power over shy and people pleasing high schoolers and looking back I regret not standing up to her horrible behavior. Read Less
