We had a terrible experience at this Drive Test location. The man evaluating my daughter acknowledged that she is an excellent driver, and then came up with a lame excuse to fail her. The reasoning was completely subjective, but there’s no opportunity to have a conversation about it. He’s clearly on a power trip. She had gone into the test with such confidence and came out completely deflated. We decided to try the Owen Sound location for the re-test. It was such a great experience - staff are so friendly and helpful. It is absolutely worth the extra travel time to use the Owen Sound location. Read Less

I rated it a 1 star cause there is no 0. People working here are miserable as heck. Once my wife went back there with her daughter and reamed that beotch out then called for supervisor to come to counter they got things straightened out. Read Less

there front desk people and instructors are terrible so unhelpful and just plain mean ! they will gladly take your money but you wont get your licence in return..there website says book for $45 they charged me $89 and i didnt pass . they dont even answer the phone when you try to call, my advice if your in bruce country go to clintonRead Less

People working here have low moral, no willing to serve. No willing to answer questions. Cold like robots. 2 staff left 45 minutes before door close, and left only one person dealing with 4-5 customers. And when it hits 5pm, they just say sorry we are closed, stop serve no matter how long the customers have waited. I wish people in this area has other choices. Read Less

I had been to Guelph Drive Test twice already to change my licence from another province. I had a very terrible experience and both times were unsuccessful due to time restraints. At Walkerton Drive Test the staff was great! Krista helped me and even though their computer systems were down they were very pleasant and helpful.
