I recently had a problem with my account and the final sessions that j had scheduled got cancelled. And when the problem got fixed, a new problem came up and that was that there were no more classes for months, all of them were booked. But an employee here named Anita did everything she could to get me a class scheduled. She spent like an hour going through multiple problems and she did it for me. I had a really disappointing experience with an instructor named Nabil. His teaching style was unprofessional and honestly made learning more stressful than it needed to be. Instead of explaining things clearly and helping build confidence, he came off as disrespectful and impatient. As a student, you expect guidance, support, and basic respect—none of which I felt during my time with him. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for a positive learning environment.
