My daughter in law had a very bad experience with this instructor but did not want to leave a review.
I felt like I had to do this as her confidence was destroyed as she was told she would never drive a manual car after just 5 lessons !
Well, she passed her test on 7th December in a manual car thanks to her family's support and her new instructor .

Steph is such an amazing driving instructor! When first starting my driving lessons i was always so nervous, Steph was so great at making me feel comfortable on the road and her teaching along with level experience really is outstanding! I passed first time due to this amazing woman, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Thank you Steph!

Sadly I can't give more than 5*s for Steph, because I would! Please... do not hesitate in picking up the phone and getting in contact with her right now. No excuses.

Sadly I can't give more than 5*s for Steph, because I would! Please... do not hesitate in picking up the phone and getting in contact with her right now. No excuses.
I'm 26 and had never driven before, petrified that I'd follow in my family's footsteps of being dodgy drivers. Today I passed FIRST time with just 2 minor faults. I absolutely recommend Steph if you want an instructor who is: reliable, flexible, professional, calming, patient, has an excellent car to learn in, has a sense of humour and keeps you clearly updated with your progress and achievements throughout your learning journey. I'm sure she would be amazing with younger drivers, and later-learner drivers like me. Hull isn't my hometown and this wasn't an obstacle - Steph's lesson planning has allowed me to become very familiar with areas of the city I've never even heard of before!
Today I feel bittersweet about my achievement, one the one hand I am over the moon with my first-time pass and confidence on the road, but on the other hand I will genuinely miss my weekly lessons with Steph. She will become more than just an instructor for you, as she takes a genuine interest in you, your future and she will always have your best interests at heart.
Caring, committed and calm. Honestly, book your lessons with Steph now.

Started in Feb after a 14 year break from learning to drive..steph immediately made me feel comfortable and I felt very confident. .my lessons were a joy ..steph is a lovely lady and an extremely good instructor. .i passed my test today Aug 10th 1st time and am deeply grateful would recommend to everyone.
