Genuinely the worst driving instructor ever.
Had terrible availability, one lesson every two weeks. He would waste half the lesson just insulting me telling me i didn’t know how to drive (like ofc???)...
Genuinely the worst driving instructor ever.
Had terrible availability, one lesson every two weeks. He would waste half the lesson just insulting me telling me i didn’t know how to drive (like ofc???). Also made weird comments in general about me.
I usually don’t make reviews but after switching to a different driving instructor i passed within a few months and i realised just how horrible this instructor was.
ONG if they give u the older south asian man (i don’t remember his name) just find someone else.

My driving instructor had very clear explanations and always made sure I understood what I was doing. He was strict when required, which really helped me improve, but always remained respectful and professional. He consistently highlighted my mistakes and worked with me to correct them, helping me become a more confident and better driver overall. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn properly and safely. It was a pleasure learning to drive with North Star.

As a 41 year old man, who felt like he missed the boat on learning to drive, I was now keen to learn, but at the same time very nervous! Over the last year or so I've had mostly weekly lessons and just last week passed my driving test. I'm a lecturer myself and I really appreciated Shazhad's style of teaching. He matched my pace and pushed me where I needed it. He found a great balance between giving me confidence on days I needed it, and being stern where necessary when I made a silly mistake. I felt like I got a complete education in driving, not only how to be good enough to pass the test. Now I've passed I'll miss the weekly conversations? Highly recommend him!

I am very glad I took lessons with North Star having just passed my driving test. He was always firm but fair with me and challenged me. He cares a lot and not only wants to make you pass, but makes sure you are an excellent competent driver. He really cares and wants you to do the best you can. He was always patient with me, and I am thankful for this. Thanks for all your help

I am so glad I've taken lessons with NorthStar! I passed my driving test with two minors only thanks to the good piece of advice that my instructor provided me with during all the lessons. I am now so confident behind the wheel. And I know that, not only did I pass the test, but also I am a safe driver because of the time spent, the hard work and the teaching from NorthStar School of Driving. Although he was severe sometimes, it actually paid off.

Great instructor. He is experienced, skilled, supportive and pays attention to details. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to pass the exam first time.

Passed first time! Great attention to detail when learning to the point where there would barely not be any mistakes in the final test. Very vigorous, but definitely a reward in the end! Thanks!

Brilliant instructor. Explains everything very clearly and teaches u everything u need to know. Friendly but strict when needed. Passed first time with only 2 minors! Highly recommend

My Driving instructor was very helpful, He gave me all the instructions clearly and constantly supported me during my man-oeuvres. I was given an opportunity to drive in different types of routes, which helped me gain confidence, though my instructor was strict at times it completely paid off and I passed my Test first time. I thank my instructor for being patient helping me throughout. I would definitely recommend Northstar to anyone who wants to learn Driving

Had terrible availability, one lesson every two weeks. He would waste half the lesson just insulting me telling me i didn’t know how to drive (like ofc???). Also made weird comments in general about me.
I usually don’t make reviews but after switching to a different driving instructor i passed within a few months and i realised just how horrible this instructor was.

My driving instructor had very clear explanations and always made sure I understood what I was doing. He was strict when required, which really helped me improve, but always remained respectful and professional. He consistently highlighted my mistakes and worked with me to correct them, helping me become a more confident and better driver overall. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn properly and safely. It was a pleasure learning to drive with North Star.

As a 41 year old man, who felt like he missed the boat on learning to drive, I was now keen to learn, but at the same time very nervous! Over the last year or so I've had mostly weekly lessons and just last week passed my driving test. I'm a lecturer myself and I really appreciated Shazhad's style of teaching. He cares a lot and not only wants to make you pass, but makes sure you are an excellent competent driver. He really cares and wants you to do the best you can. I am so glad I've taken lessons with NorthStar! I passed my driving test with two minors only thanks to the good piece of advice that my instructor provided me with during all the lessons. I am now so confident behind the wheel. And I know that, not only did I pass the test, but also I am a safe driver because of the time spent, the hard work and the teaching from NorthStar School of Driving. Although he was severe sometimes, it actually paid off.

My Driving instructor was very helpful, He gave me all the instructions clearly and constantly supported me during my man-oeuvres.
