Welcome to Phillips Driving School. We are a family owned and State Certified Drivers Education and Drivers Training program. Phillips Driving School was developed by Sally and Clancy Phillips, who both have Masters Degrees in Education and over 20+ years experience in Driver’s Education. We take pride in meeting the needs of all individuals and learning styles.

My teacher was so nice and he helped me feel so comfortable driving! I would definitely recommend this driving school! The online course made it so easy to follow along in the book!
I especially love how you can take as long as you need to do the online course. I also love how it gives you a chance to review before each quiz.
The only thing is that if you fail a quiz, or even after you pasd, you cant see what you got wrong or what you got right.
I wish you could see what you got wrong AFTER you passed a quiz so you could focus on learning the things you missed.

I would gladly recommend you to everyone around me. I came into the class carrying a lot of demotivation and self-doubt, but you helped bring back the confidence I had almost lost.
Your encouragement, positivity, and guidance truly made a difference. Thank you for inspiring me and reminding me to believe in myself again.

Thank you so much for the incredible experience with your driving school! Your website's detailed instructions made everything so easy to understand, and the flexibility and proximity to our home made the experience stress free! Both my sons had a fantastic time with the knowledgeable and fun instructor, making them feel comfortable and at ease. The positive atmosphere, clean and safe cars, and valuable feedback from the instructor, Jenn truly made this the best learning experience. I will definitely be recommending Phillips's Driving School to everyone I know.

Julie with Phillips taught both of my children to drive. She gave them enough confidence and knowledge to be capable and aware driver's. It was nice that she doesn't keep the car silent during driving because that just isn't a reality of life. I feel confident that they are actually watching what's going on around their vehicle instead of just driving on auto pilot. Creating defensive drivers (to avoid commissions where possible) takes years but I believe that they have a better start than most because of the lessons they were given. THANKS JULIE!!

Had an amazing experience with Kendrick his personal insight and stories helped me to better understand the importance of respecting the road and the other drivers. Andy my driving instructor was also phenomenal. He helped me to feel confident in my driving capability by offering step by step guidence whenever I needed it. Both of these men have greatly influenced my life by helping me to understand and be ready for this next phase in my life. Although I will always and forever call parking lots car parks (Andy's British) I'm utterly greatful for this experience.

Kendrick is a driving teacher at Phillips driving school. He is so funny all of the time. He is a hypnotist in the summer so he always is showing us tricks and playing/making jokes. He had the mindset...
Kendrick is a driving teacher at Phillips driving school. He is so funny all of the time. He is a hypnotist in the summer so he always is showing us tricks and playing/making jokes. He had the mindset of a 14 year old which make him so much more enjoyable. We watch education and fun videos about the lessons we are learning. He makes the class seem like it is going by so much faster. He lets you eat dinner in class. It is a pretty chill environment. And you should definitely come here🤙🏽😁

It is a fairly decent establishment, based upon the bringing about of new, skilled drivers. They teach all about everything within the Idaho Driver's Manual. They help you accomplish all prerequisites...
It is a fairly decent establishment, based upon the bringing about of new, skilled drivers. They teach all about everything within the Idaho Driver's Manual. They help you accomplish all prerequisites to getting your permit. Including but not limited to:
- 30 hours of in-class time
- 6 hours of driving time
- Driving test
The building is quite nice, equipped with 2 bathrooms (one of each sex), a kitchen (with a small fridge and microwave), a projector, and much more.
The school is okay by itself, but what really is its best feature is the staff. Specifically, the best in his field, world renowned, Kendrick. He looks a lot like Jim Halpert, which makes me feel as if I'm in a more safe environment. He does an amazing job at grasping all the students attention - by being both entertaining and educational. He is the ideal teacher for any scenario. There has not been a time I can remember, while he was teaching, that I have been actively bored. He is very comedic and brings good times to nearly every subject he teaches. To be comepletely honest, no amount they do or can pay him will be enough.
In summary, the school is good, but in my honest opinion, it would be basically nothing without Kendrick.

If you're going to speed in the slow lane, tailgate every car in front of you, drive with your hands overlapping each other at 12 o'clock on the steering wheel and cut people off, you might want to take the giant "Phillips Driving School" sign off the roof of your car first.No, this was not a student, it was either an employee, or the owner, driving alone on the 84.Definitely not the brightest people operating this "driving school".

Absolutely the BEST!! Teachers, Instructors are so into teaching the kids to drive and the informing them of the laws! They have a special speaker come in and talk to the kids! My Son had a Blast goin...
Absolutely the BEST!! Teachers, Instructors are so into teaching the kids to drive and the informing them of the laws! They have a special speaker come in and talk to the kids! My Son had a Blast going and driving! It's a much faster course then most it's 10 days, but wouldn't have changed a thing!! Jason the driving instructor is VERY good at what he does!! I will definitely be sending the my younger sons to them!!

Julie with Phillips taught both of my children to drive. She gave them enough confidence and knowledge to be capable and aware driver's. It was nice that she doesn't keep the car silent during driving because that just isn't a reality of life. I feel confident that they are actually watching what's going on around their vehicle instead of just driving on auto pilot.
