This was a horrible experience for me and my child. I was getting no communication leading up to the start of class and my emails and calls were mostly ignored. come to find out they had me and my child's information incorrect as well as having her name completely wrong in their systems. We were not told until we began to sign up for drives drivers from Des Moines had to travel to Dallas County grimes for driving. We were also never told what percentage out of 100 total my child needs to pass, just that she needs to get a c or higher, despite the instructor never explaining what percentage gets you a c. The lead teachers talked down to the children on the first zoom call as if they were little kids. On her first drive the instructor driving with my daughter had never driven in the area before and didn't know her way around very well (although I do not blame it on that instructor, I blame it on the leaders of this organization). It was also incredibly difficult to schedule driving times as they refused to let us go over the 3 weeks, even though getting all 6 drives in the 3 weeks was almost impossible for my child's busy schedule. we are going into the last week of drivers ed but still have many questions. we don't know if my child will get their license after this process, have to take a partial test, or fully have to go to the dmv to take the test. I apologize for the amount of rambling in this review but every part of this (expensive) corse has been frustrating and poorly run for me and my child. thank you. Read Less
