Fantastic driving school from start to finish. The instructors are incredibly patient, calm, and truly care about your progress. They teach safe driving habits, give clear instructions, and build confidence even if you’re nervous. Great communication and easy scheduling. I passed my test thanks to them — highly recommend!

The staff at the Solon location was friendly and helpful setting up classroom courses and in car sessions. Would recommend to friends and family.

Crystal is extremely rude. I wish there was another driving school in this area, but I guess because they have a bit of a monopoly on some of these courses, we are obligated to go with these folks. Bu...
Crystal is extremely rude. I wish there was another driving school in this area, but I guess because they have a bit of a monopoly on some of these courses, we are obligated to go with these folks. But oh my goodness attitude and unprofessionalism. It’s a Customer Service industry so you have to learn how to interact with customers even ones who are more difficult than others in a respectful way.

Terrible customer service from the office and from the instructor...at the (330) number. Don't return phone calls, don't apologize for any inconveniences, rude on the phone. Shop around. You pay in full up front for your classes and lessons, and then you are stuck following through. Not worth it.

Fantastic driving school from start to finish. The instructors are incredibly patient, calm, and truly care about your progress. They teach safe driving habits, give clear instructions, and build confidence even if you’re nervous. Great communication and easy scheduling. I passed my test thanks to them — highly recommend!

Crystal is extremely rude. I wish there was another driving school in this area, but I guess because they have a bit of a monopoly on some of these courses, we are obligated to go with these folks. But oh my goodness attitude and unprofessionalism. It’s a Customer Service industry so you have to learn how to interact with customers even ones who are more difficult than others in a respectful way.
