Chuck Montgomery did a great job teaching this class. Naturally, none of us wanted to be there, but Chuck stayed upbeat throughout the entire class, was very entertaining, and made sure that we all passed the test (by giving us a review right before taking the test). This is the first Defensive Driving course (taken way too many of them) that didn't force me to fight nodding off. Chuck is so funny. He works hard to make it a pleasant experience and doesn’t mind cracking several jokes about himself to make you laugh. You won’t be out a minute later than the dismissal time. Lots of breaks and a lunch break as well. Comedy Driving is a good way to make something not so pleasant actually bearable and potentially enjoyable. Read Less

Engaging and entertaining! This is my first time taking a comedy defensive driving course and I must say it’s so much better than the onlince courses. The instructor was funny and kept you entertained. I would highly recommend. Read Less

The very best Defensive Driving Class my wife and I have attended. The instructor Jim was great. No word to describe it better. Very informative, drove the key points into our brains and provided a hilarious and relax environment that made the 6 hours very enjoyable and worthwhile. Thanks, Jim, keep it up!!!.Well, I had to go back for another class. This time the instructor was Craig Bush and he did an outstanding job. It was very informative and done in a very pleasant way. I recommend this School very strongly. Read Less

JIM is such a good instructor. This is my second time seen him in class after quite some time and I must say, his talent for catching people's attention and making this experience a positive one instead of a negative one never seize to amaze me. Great job. If it weren't for him I woulda probably taken a course online instead of going to comedy driving Inc. Read Less

Ray was the instructor for the class I attended. I liked how he reviewed the points and went over things quickly and throughly. The class did not feel as long as it was. It was engaging and I liked how he asked questions after each video to keep us awake and active. I also like how the videos were very informative. I did learn new things in the class that I did not previously know, like how for interstate highways the numbers for north nd south are odd while east and west are even. The class also has a section on how to deal with aggressive drivers. I believe this is very important since we live in Houston. :) Thanks for reading. Read Less

Jim is professional, competent, informative, and funny. Learned all our names quickly, was patient with us when we (the group) failed to answer correctly. Very helpful, liked hearing from Jim that he loves his job - you know you're going to get what you need when being taught by someone who loves his job. Thanks Jim! Read Less

I took this online course over a year ago. From what I can remember it was pretty "painless" for defensive driving... and super easy! I just called because I needed to get a copy of my completion for my Insurance. No hassle, no charge, no nothing.. the guy verified my TDL and my email.. and I got it! Thanks guys!!! I'm sure I'll be back eventually. Read Less

Comedy Driving is a great place to complete your defensive driving course. Variety of classes offered to suit any schedule: 2-day classes or one-day, 6-hour class with breaks. I went for the Monday 6-hour class, and was able to get home in time to start my afternoon of piano lessons (half hour away). Dwight, my instructor, covered everything and then some, in an easy to understand manner. He reviewed key points to make sure we would not forget. Brought up some interesting situations and clarified laws both old and new. Class comments, questions, and discussion were welcomed, yet he did a great job keeping us timely and on target. Friendly; nice, casual environment. Read Less

This class was AWESOME, Jim was on point and made the 6 hours class worth the while. I was very nervous and concerned going in, before the class actually started, he made not just myself but everyone comfortable and took care All questions and concerns. He was very patient and was very knowledgeable the entire course. Not to mention, very funny and super hilarious. I would definitely recommend anyone that have any violations of any kind that can benefit from this class to choose this location, you would not be disappointed. There are what seems like a million choices for defensive driving in Harris County and probably half of those offer something they claim is "comedy" defensive driving instruction.Comedy Driving Inc. at 10891 Katy Freeway delivers on both counts - spot on instruction by knowledgeable instructors who are professional comics. And the price is right, too.A shout out to our instructor, Ray. This guy has traveled the US and the world making people laugh. Not only has he done stand up across the country, but he's also traveled to some of the world's hot spots entertaining American troops in USO shows around the world. Not only is Ray a truly funny person, but he also knows his stuff about handling motor vehicles in urban environments like Houston.I highly recommend Comedy Driving.Com and Ray. For defensive driving instruction, it doesn't get any better. Read Less
